Vehicle-specific information

Via the "Vehicle-specific information - Vehicle identification" menu item your are prompted to enter a valid vehicle identification number (VIN).As a result, all important vehicle data such as model, model year, engine code etc. are displayed.You can now call up the required "Repair and maintenance information" for this individual vehicle data.
Please note that you can only view the content of the documents with a valid flat rate.

Model-specific information

Under this menu item you can find current training articles such as self-study programs and multimedia CDs and all repair information in PDF format (not available in all languages)

  • Model, selection from the list of models, e.g.:Golf I (1974 - 1984) Golf [17,171,172,173]
  • Info medium, Selection of an information medium, e.g.:Repair manual
  • Main group, Selection from list, e.g.: Electrical system

Selecting a measure is always optional.If you do not select a measure, all documents relating to the model are displayed.

All documents found are listed in the search results.This is where you have access to the table of contents for each document.In addition, the search result provides you with the type keys linked to this document and - depending on type of document - also with the engine code or gearbox code letter assigned to the document.
