1. How much do I have to pay to use erWin?
Online service information is subject to the costs of the selected flat rate. The costs for items for delivery are made up of the price of the item for delivery, any value added tax and a flat fee for delivery. The flat fee for delivery is € 5 for deliveries to European destinations and € 10 for worldwide shipping.

2. How do I get my password?
The password will be sent to your email address shortly after you complete registration.

3. Forgot your password?
Then go to Forgot your password? Page. Then please enter your email address and click on Send. You will immediately receive an email with your new password, which you can change back to a personal password after signing in.

4. Login failed!
Make sure that you enter your correct email address and password. The password is case sensitive.

5.The document can be opened, but only one page is legible.
Older versions of Adobe Acrobat Reader can cause problems when reading the documents.Please install the newest version of Acrobat Reader which is available free of charge.

6.Can I also use erWin with other browsers?
The erWin online shop has been optimised for Microsoft Internet Explorer. See also System requirements.

The flat rate is activated immediately after completion of the booking in the shopping cart.

You can make enquiries regarding the contents of documents using the feedback channel. Use the FEEDBACK/Create under the menu item "Repair and servicing information" for this purpose. You must have a valid flat rate in order to use this function and receive an answer to your question.
